All-Magick.com uses only premier and quality vendors and distributors.
Our number one concern is customer satisfaction! If you have concerns about our
store or our distributors, please
contact us.
Payment Options - Payment types accepted : Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover / Echeck / PayPal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay for your order. Your order is processed securley through Paypal.
We do not accept check or money orders as payment.
 Delivery Time - Please allow one to three weeks for delivery to
the United States. Many orders will ship in seven days depending on store stock.
Some items are hand crafted to order and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will notify you once your order is placed if there will be any unusual delays.
Orders outside of the U.S. - We accept payment on orders from
many outside of the United States but please be aware that your order can be held up longer due to customs holdups.
Shipping Methods- NO COD. We ship via
USPS Priority Mail to shorten your delivery time.
Packaging - All orders are shipped discreetly. The only information
printed on our witchcraft item boxes is a simple vendor label, a return address
and 'mail to' address. Your order will be handled as CurrentPage, Inc.
Backorders - Backorders are rare but do happen on occasion. If an item in
your order is backordered beyond our one to three week window, you will be
notifed and given shipping options concerning the backorder and the remaining
items in your order.
Exchanges & Refunds - 100% refund available through Paypal. If your item
arrives broken or is not what you ordered, you have 30 days to file a dispute
and refund your monies via the Paypal dispute system. PLEASE NOTE: Requesting a
refund from us directly, rather than via Paypal's dispute system will make sure
you receive your refund as fast as possible.
